The fuel consumption ratio, power, power-to-weight ratio and other comprehensive parameters of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engines are in the most advanced level of world engine, and the engines are with reliable performance, small volume, big power and powerful integrated competitiveness, therefore they are widely used as reserve power source or primary power source in industry, telecommunication, finance, oil, coal, mine, marine, senior building and other fields.

Characteristic of GOOGOL POWER-TECH diesel generator set:

1. Cylinder: cylinders of all series of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engine are made of high-strength alloy cast iron, and raw materials of cylinder contain nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper and other valuable metals. GOOGOL POWER-TECH engine cylinders have good heat stability and better rigidity, which can reduce engine vibration and noise
2. Crankshaft mechanism: crankshaft of all series of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engine are made of one-piece crankshaft casted by high strength forged steel, and the fillet and shaft neck induction quenching processing can sharply improve the fatigue strength of crankshafts, eliminate metal thermal intensity generated by non-integral die forging, and sharply improve the work life of crankshaft and output power of engine. Under normal condition, the crankshaft can over 100,000 hours, while the average service life of nodular cast iron crankshaft is lower than 10,000 hours.
3. Bearing bush structure: bearing bushes of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engines are made of leading four-painting process, this process can significantly increase service life of bearing bush, reduce the wear degree of the crankshaft and improve the reliability of engine.
4. Link mechanism: connecting rods of all series of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engines are made of currently world’s leading Con Rod Process, and their precision is 10 times than that of traditional connecting rods. The conjoined structure can impressively increase the anti-impact ability of connecting rod, and the service life of connecting rod and bearing bush of connecting rod.
5. Piston structure: pistons of all series of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engines are made of aluminum alloy, with the world’s leading piston pins mounted with bronze sleeve, and the process can greatly increase the service life of piston, while increase the power output of engine.
6. Camshaft mechanism: the camshafts of all series of GOOGOL POWER-TECH engines are in the middle of the engine, and the unique structure of single camshaft can dramatically reduce maintenance costs and make the engine structure more compact.
